He brings more than a decade of investment banking and corporate finance experience advising middle-market and large-cap companies through critical M&A, strategic, and capital markets decisions. Throughout his career, he has advised entrepreneurs, boards of directors, management teams, and financial sponsors on a broad range of transactions, including public and private M&A, sponsor-backed buyouts, corporate carve-outs and divestitures, and public equity offerings, among others.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance from the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University in Canada.
